The Brother 2 Brother Initiative (B2B) was created by Dr. Otha Myles, an infectious disease physician. Dr. Myles has worked hard for many years to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections, especially among minority populations. He created a comprehensive prevention program that includes education and awareness on issues surrounding HIV/AIDS infection, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI), Teenage Pregnancy, Violence in Teenage Relationships, and Responsibility and Respect among male relationships.

Our Mission
Provide a health care prevention model that changes the lives of your urban males regarding better decision making and taking responsibility for their health.
Decrease new HIV/AIDS infections, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and Teenage Pregnancy and the associated morbidity and mortality among your males in our community.
Our Committment
